Our aim is to provide all guests with a safe, peaceful and enjoyable holiday. We therefore ask that you read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure that your stay with us will meet your needs and expectations.
This is a family park and we accept bookings from families and couples only we do not accept bookings from large groups of unrelated adults. Parties of single youths are not accepted.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per pitch per week is required. Deposits are deducted from fees paid in full on arrival for the fully booked period.
If a booking is altered by you after a deposit has been paid and confirmation received there is a £5 charge payable.
You will receive a confirmation email on the same day that the booking is made and we request that you check this carefully and inform us immediately of any discrepancy.
The information you have supplied will not be given to any third party.
All prices include VAT.
No refunds will be made for early departure from the park.
If we have not heard from you within 24 hours of your expected arrival date we reserve the right to re-let your pitch.
Minimum stay of 7 nights during August.
Where possible, we will try to accommodate specific location requests, but we reserve the right to re-allocate pitches if necessary.
Pitches are available from 12 noon (approx.) on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on your day of departure.
Please advise us if your expected arrival time is after 6pm.
Please book in at reception as soon as you arrive and do not pitch until you have had a pitch number allocated to you.
We prefer the use of breathable ground sheets.
This is a quiet family park and we request that all noise be kept to a minimum at all times and especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
Dogs are welcome on the strict understanding that they are kept on a short lead at all times when on the park, except in the dogs exercise field where they can be allowed off the lead at the owners discretion.
Please pick up after your dog.
Please take your dog with you at all times when you leave the park.
Dogs are not permitted to enter the children's play area or the ball games field.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We try to be as easy going as possible, however, in order to ensure that everyone enjoys their holiday, the following rules apply:-
The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH – this includes bicycles.
Drivers on the park must hold a current driving license.
Bicycles must be ridden with care and consideration and cyclists must adhere to the 5 MPH speed limit.
Skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are not permitted.
Ball games must only be played in the field below the play area and not in the camping paddocks.
No children or teenagers allowed in the play area or ball games field after dark.
The lighting of fires, fire pits, chimineas, Chinese lanterns etc. is strictly prohibited. All barbecues (gas or charcoal only) must be raised off the grass. Bricks are available at the recycling points for use under disposable barbecues.
Do not take a lighted barbecue into your tent, caravan or motor home.
Please ensure the safety and security of all your camping equipment and belongings during adverse weather conditions as the park cannot be held responsible for any damages.
There is a first aid box in reception and a trained first aider on site. Please report any accidents to reception so that any problems can be rectified and details entered into the accident book.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times throughout the park including the children's play area.
This is a working farm and therefore adults and children are not permitted to enter the farm yard.
Please make yourself aware of the nearest fire point.
If you have any problems or complaints during your stay please come and speak to us immediately so that we can rectify the matter. We are unable to do this once you have left the park.
