COTTAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the total cottage rental with the balance paid at least 28 days before your arrival date.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
The cottages will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure.
Clients must notify us immediately in writing if they have to cancel their holiday. We shall endeavour to re-let the property and if successful all rent will be refundable less £30 expenses. If we are unable to re-let the property, the balance of rent is due from the client. We would therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Clients are requested to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday and the report to us and pay any loss or damage to the property and its contents however caused.
Our charges include all heating, electric, gas, bed linen, duvets, pillows and tea towels. But not cot bedding or towels.
Dogs are welcome on the strict understanding that they are well behaved and not left unattended in the cottage at any time. Please bring your dogs own bedding and bowls.
No more than the maximum number of people should occupy the cottage than shown on the booking form.
We request that clients do not smoke inside the cottages.
Clients staying in the cottages are very welcome to use the campsite play area and the dogs exercise field.
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult both in the cottages and while using the park facilities including the play area.
